International Shipping: As much as we'd love to teleport worldwide, for now, we're limited to the United States.

Order Tracking: Once your package hits the road, we'll send you a little note with tracking info so you can keep an eye on its journey to you.

Return Eligibility: Not feeling the vibe? No worries! If you're not happy with your purchase, you can return eligible items within 30 days of purchase for a refund or store credit.

Return Costs: Sending something back? There's a $5 restocking fee for returned items. In addition, we offer the ability to use a pre-paid shipping label for a flat $10 return shipping fee.

Free Returns and Replacements for Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, give us a shout, and we'll get a replacement out to you ASAP.

1. To initiate a return, visit our Returns Portal.

2. Pack the items securely in the original packaging and include the return slip.

3. Drop off your return at your selected carrier - feel free to utilize our pre-paid shipping label or ship yourself! If you elect to use your own shipping label, please reach out to hello@smithandschwartz.com for the return shipping address.

4. Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for us to process your refund or issue store credit.

Refund Processing Time:Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 3-5 business days after we receive and process your return. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your account depending on your financial institution.
